WIMOs Webinar: Leadership Series

Join WIMOs for our 4-part Leadership Series! This series will be hosted by Rebecca Malotke-Meslin, the founder of Pleasantly Aggressive Coaching & Consulting. You can learn more by visiting the company's website here.

Session 4 will cover "Pick One Hat and Wear It: How to Stop Being a Savior at Work". You might feel overwhelmed with that enormous pile of responsibilities categorized as “job duties.” Have you been told this is just part of the gig because resources are scarce or because you’re new to an organization? Does your loyalty and desire to be a team player cause you to say, “I’d be happy to!” when you’re really not? Understanding the scope of your job, setting clear boundaries, and learning how to delegate can help you remove a few of those hats and find a sustainable path forward.

This is a members' only event. RSVP through a calendar invite sent from WIMOs USA! Didn't get an email but believe you should have? Email us here!

Session 3 will cover "You Can't Do It All By Yourself: Be a Better Delegator". For women leaders, admitting we need help may lead to feelings of inadequacy or imposter syndrome. Alternatively, asking for help may seem like a burden rather than a relief. The more unnecessary tasks you have on your plate, the less time you have to work on achieving your goals. We’ll dig into the fear and worry holding you back and create a plan for you to start delegating consistently and successfully.
