Sponsorship offers a deep level of engagement. Sponsorship packages include corporate membership while also supporting WIMOs programming and fundraising events. Sponsors gain increased visibility, preferred access to events, and the opportunity to play a larger role in advancing education and connection within the maritime industry.
Corporate Membership
Corporate Membership allows organizations to provide WIMOs membership to all eligible women within their company for one annual fee. This ensures employees can access mentorship, training, educational programming, and networking opportunities that support career growth within maritime operations.
Sponsorship Allocation
Each sponsorship level contributes to two primary funding areas that support the growth and impact of WIMOs. The Education, Membership, and Administration (EMA) Fund covers corporate membership dues while supporting educational programming as the organization’s operational needs. The Event Fund supports WIMOs fundraising and networking events throughout the year. Sponsors benefit from discounted participation compared to individual event sponsorships, receive priority booking opportunities, and can customize their event participation across WIMOs chapters. Additionally, a portion of your sponsorship will be credited to attend fundraising events.
Together, these funds ensure that WIMOs can continue delivering meaningful educational experiences and impactful industry events for its members.

Approximately 65% of expenses are invested in member-focused activities, including educational programs, networking opportunities, leadership development, and chapter support. The remaining expenses cover the administrative and operational costs necessary to sustain and grow the organization.
