Join WIMOs West Kentucky for a 1 hour Barre Class on Friday, January 26, 11 am - 12 pm. Barre is a low-impact workout class that mostly uses your body weight to build strength, tone muscles and improve flexibility. Even though it is low-impact, you will feel the workout!
