WIMOs is an organization of women who are actively employed in maritime operations. Employment could include, but may not be limited to, individuals that own, operate, charter, dispatch, or provide other types of logistical, safety, operational, and emergency management services on the water. WIMOs is dedicated to retaining, advancing, and promoting women in the maritime industry through sharing knowledge and continuing education.
