WIMOs Association’s 5th Annual Clay Shoot Fundraiser was our biggest and most successful event yet, bringing together maritime professionals, industry partners, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters for two days of networking, competition, and community impact.
This year, the event reached new milestones, with support from 79 companies and more than $250,000 raised to support WIMOs’ mission. We also welcomed 75 registered shooting teams, an increase from 60 teams last year, reflecting the tremendous growth and momentum behind this event.

The continued success of the Clay Shoot demonstrates the maritime industry’s commitment to supporting women in operations and investing in the future of our workforce. Funds raised through this event help WIMOs continue to Educate, Engage, and Elevate women across the maritime industry through professional development opportunities, networking events, scholarships, leadership initiatives, and chapter programming.
As our organization continues to grow, so does our impact. WIMOs has experienced nearly 17% membership growth and now includes more than 1,300 members, allowing us to expand our reach and provide even more resources, connections, and opportunities for our members nationwide.
This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication of our volunteers, the generosity of our sponsors, and the enthusiasm of every participant who joined us. Your support fuels our mission and helps ensure that WIMOs can continue creating meaningful opportunities for women throughout the maritime industry.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered, sponsored, donated, and participated in the WIMOs Association’s 5th Annual Clay Shoot Fundraiser. Together, we are strengthening our industry, building connections, and advancing the next generation of maritime leaders.
Mark your calendars now, we look forward to seeing you at the 6th Annual WIMOs Clay Shoot Fundraiser on April 14–15, 2027.
